After a well-earned break, Philo Bistro returns with Marie & Marie, a bilingual collection of poems brought to life by Adrienne Eberhard, poet,and Catherine de Saint Phalle, novelist and translator,  who will grace us with their presence for this very special evening.Marie & Marie is a brilliant collection of poems, imagining a correspondence between two extraordinary women: Marie-Antoinette, last Queen of France, and Marie-Louise Girardin, her Versailles contemporary who, disguised as a man, sailed on d'Entrecasteaux's expedition in Tasmanian waters at the height of the French Revolution.
